- Sailing Committee - manages the sailing and social events
- Management Committee - manages finances and infrastructure
- Trustees - manage relationships with leasor and other water users

- Visits to the club - if initial contact was through a member then please try to arrange access with them, but othewise try the fleet captains if representing your interest of boat class, then Rear Commodore, Vice Commodore, or Commodore
- Serious incidents e.g. accidents, security breaches - contact emergency services if appropriate, then attempt to reach club contacts until successful in this order: Commodore, Rear Commodore, Vice Commodore, Trustees, continue with other officers listed below
